1. Program Access
Paint Party Academy is a training program that includes online content, printed materials, downloads, and resources designed to help you start and grow a paint party business.
Materials may be delivered online, physically, or both, depending on your purchase.
2. Personal Use Only
Your purchase gives you a single-user license for personal use only.
You may not:
Share your login information
Resell, copy, or distribute the materials
Upload the content to other websites or platforms
Teach or create a competing course using our materials
All content remains the property of Paint Party Academy.
3. Payments
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
If you choose a payment plan:
You agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Access to the program may be suspended if payments are not completed.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. To get a refund you must return any printed material we shipped to you in like new/resalable condition within 30 days of the purchase. The price you paid had a built in $25.00 shipping and handling fee (to get the printed material to you), so any refunds will have that $25.00 subtracted. All shipping costs to return the package to us is your responsibility. We suggest that you insure the package in case it gets lost during shipment. Since we cannot be responsible for lost packages you returned to us, we cannot be held liable to give a refund if we do not receive the package. After 30 days, all sales are final.
5. No Income Guarantees
We provide training, tools, and support, but results are not guaranteed.

We do not guarantee any specific income or business results.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials inside Paint Party Academy are protected by copyright.
You may not:

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without a refund.
7. Access to the Program
You will receive access to the program after purchase.
We reserve the right to:

Remove access for violations of these terms
